In this issue dedicated to the struggle for redistribution and recognition, we share this interview conducted by Carlos Andrade Guzmán, academic of the Department of Social Work of the University of Chile, to the Conventional Mariela Serey, representative of District 6 and founder of the Organization "Yo Cuido", an association oriented to the struggle for the protection and safeguarding of the rights of caregivers and people with disabilities. Mariela leaves the presidency of "Yo Cuido" to serve as a Convention member and include the issue of caregiving in the text of the new Constitution that will be plebiscited on September 4, 2022. We hope you enjoy this conversation that puts the issue of care at the center, from a perspective of recognition and redistribution. Many thanks to Mariela and Carlos for sharing this conversation with those who read our magazine.
